Team Work/Team Building
Aquaplay Scotland has designed and delivered team building events for a number of years, providing customers with a fully bespoke service which delivers excellence and true value for money.
A trip involving activities and challenges, kayaking our inflatable boats on a journey down the world renowned River Spey, provides a fantastic team working experience. Your group will be responsible, under the watchful eyes of your leaders, for their cooking and camping and we will arrange a distillery visit (in season) all amid inspirational scenery in the Scottish Highlands. Typically lasting 1-3 days for up to 20 participants, we design tasks and activities that are exciting and challenging, where good communication and teamwork benefits everyone.
We also offer team building challenges in which your group take on a team building task at a specific location, usually involving a mixture of an outdoor activity and some indoors class study and discussion resulting in a group team building or development exercise over a 1 or 2-day programme.
Team Working Facilitation
In these times of economic uncertainty it pays to take the opportunity to build confidence and morale within your workforce and Aquaplay Scotland offer you a first class product using a number of unique and natural activity sites based in the Speyside and Highland areas of Scotland. Our top quality equipment allows us to operate in the outdoors throughout the year.
Our team working facilitation trainers oversee the teams in action throughout the activities and add to the feedback from a team observer after each session. As part of the process, teams will be required to complete a review of each session and strive to ongoing improvement of communication, role evaluation and leadership skills. To close the event, a question and answer session will be held with the trainers to explore the skills learned throughout the sessions and how these can be applied in the workplace.
The core of our team working sessions is to ensure all participants have an understanding of the requirements needed to make a strong team and the need for commitment to success. This is the prime focus of the sessions but is achieved in a fun and relaxed, but nevertheless challenging, atmosphere.
We have access to a number of sites and facilities which gives us freedom to design a bespoke programme for your company and we can arrange accommodation and assist with transport if required.
